I was having fun looking at the layouts on Blogger. Every once and a while they add a few more, so I picked a new one. A little more colorful then the last one! I got the 60,000 mile tune up on my car done, and it wasn't as expensive as I was told, so that was a nice suprise! Still trying to figure out where we'll get Jason's done though. I better make a few phone calls when the shops are still open.
Ta ta!

Stupid Cars
Well, it's been an interesting week! My car is now at 60,000 miles, and we decided to do the whole tune-up with recommended maintenance so we will have a safe trip next month. So I scheduled that for friday, and then yesterday, Jason's car died. Well, not completely, just the alternator. So another car repair that we have to do, yay! At least his car is drivable, as long as he doesn't use his lights, radio, or air conditioning. Poor boy!
On top of that, he gets home early, and I ask why. "My pants broke, and I didn't feel like hobo belting it". He just needs his button resewn on, but not the greatest day for him.

Happy Fourth of July!

That's pretty much all I have to say. I cleaned my carpets, so I'm sore, but the floors are a lot cleaner! We're going to spend the afternoon/evening with Kit and Christine in Oak Harbor. Maybe I'll bring back cute pictures of their baby. And I made a dessert, so maybe that will be tasty. Anywho, have a safe holiday!

Mac Mama
My mom now has a mac. After some headaches with the printer, I got her all set up! She now can open her computer, and be connected to the internet, so she has no excuses for not checking her email! I had fun in Seattle, but I'm glad to be home. I missed Jason and my cats. For the first few days I was back, Aiko was sooooo cuddly! I guess he missed me, even though he had company here at home!
I spent this morning making cookies for a friend, and they turned out quite tasty. I had to sample them first! Sadly, I also burned my finger, so Jason has to wash the dishes.... the hot water hurts too much. And yes, the finger burn was an accident, I didn't purposefully inflict pain on myself just to get out of doing the dishes!
Anyway, the burn still stings, so I'll go put more ice on it.

I love Seattle
Seattle is great. Even when it's a little rainy. Jason and I decided to head to Seattle last Saturday for my Mom's birthday, and to see his family for a bit. Jason went home Sunday night (he had to get back to work) but I'm still here. We spent Saturday night with Jason's parents, and then on Sunday my mom and I had a girls day out, while Jason hung out with Jessica for the day. Mom decided that she likes having a computer, but they're complicated.... so she's switching to a mac (yay!) and we ordered it online for her after finding out the printer she wanted wasn't available in stores. The original plan was for me to stay through Monday, and have lunch with Shawna and Jana (childhood friend and her mom) for June birthdays (all but mine) and then I went out to dinner with Michelle. But mom's computer isn't going to be here until Thursday, so I'm still here, working from her place until I can get her all set up on the new system.
I've been keeping busy here. I helped mom sort through her garage, and I have a huge pile to take to goodwill, and 22 craigslist posts. I also attempted to give Guess a bath, but he's so old he had a hard time standing through the whole thing, so it was a rush job. Poor old dog :(
I've also taken a ton of fun pictures with my new camera, which I now have posted on my flickr page. I set up my Flickr page so that friends and family can print my pictures, and download them as well. Right now it's not full quality, but I plan on upgrading so that you can. Well, that's all for now!

It’s over. The quarter is over. My last final was this afternoon. I’m so glad to be done for the summer! College is a lot of hard work! I think I did well, and should get good grades. Jason’s done too, and he’s happy to be done as well.
Jason turned in his application for student teaching. He’ll be starting that next January, but I guess the process starts early! He’s looking forward to only having one more quarter of classes. I still have a ton left! But only 1 GUR (general university requirement) and 1 class for my minor, and the rest are all related to my major.
I suppose I could say more about school, but I’m done, and I don’t want to think about it for a while! So you just get a gap of information, and know we’ve been busy.
We got a roommate for the summer. His name is Bob, and he’s a really nice guy. So far adjusting to having him here hasn’t been bad at all! But then again, he’s been sleeping in the living room. My project for tonight and tomorrow is to clean out our computer room and turn it into a bedroom for him. That will be fun. I’m getting rid of a ton of stuff so we don’t have to store as much. Lots of cleaning for me to do!
My goals for this summer are to work, get some of my organizing projects taken care of, and finish planning our road trip! I’m getting super excited about it, and we’re not even leaving for a month and a half! Oh well, I guess we’ll just be really ready when the time comes :D This is all I have for now, I’m a little burned out. I'll leave you with pictures of my kitten:
Lots of love

Speed Posting
Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. Not that many of you read this frequently, but I should be updating it more. School has been super super busy. I’m debating putting up my own website instead of this blog, but I have yet to think more on it. I have two more weeks of school, and then I’ll be able to think again!
So yeah, we had exams, and we have more exams. We also now have a roommate for the summer. Fun stuff!
More later, love you all!
